New opportunities with limited liquidity
As an ELTIF, the Privado Fund opens up new opportunities for private investors to invest in infrastructure and thus access assets that are typically illiquid and have a long investment horizon. For this reason, the fund has lower liquidity than, for example, traditional equity funds and a recommended holding period of at least eight years. Redemptions are therefore only possible on a quarterly basis and there is a possibility that they may not be met in full immediately.
